- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and final client approval. Should there be any delays in making the final payment, the project may be paused until payment is received.

- Pre-Milestone Refund: If the project is canceled before any significant work is completed (i.e., before the first milestone is met), we will refund the client minus any non-refundable work already completed, such as initial designs or research.
